Today I created one of the best facial masks you can use. The recipe is simple and uses all the best ingredients. The benefits of a facial mask are plenty, including softer more beautiful skin, and better moisture retention for the skin. This is an amazing oatmeal mask and very gentle.
The ingredients are as follows:
One half cup of oat meal, ground in a food processor
One table spoon of Wedderspoon Manuka honey or raw honey
One egg white, whipped
One quarter cup of organic milk
The method:
Mix ingredients together, and apply to face and neck. Also can be used on the entire body. Leave on for fifteen to twenty minutes. Use a brush to brush off, and rinse. Apply a fragrance free oatmeal body lotion.
